Payment
Schedule:
- deposit of 100 € per person upon booking confirmation
- the remaining sum is due four weeks prior to arrival
Withdrawal From the
Contract:
- more than 90 days prior to arrival: 100 € per person
- less than 90 days prior to arrival: The whole amount is to be
paid
Thus, we strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance that
covers contract withdrawal.
You can obtain this at a travel agency or online when you book your
flight (you may submit our booking confirmation 8 to 14 days after
its date of issue).

Fuerteventura
(IATA airport code FUE) is directly accessible by most (charter)
airlines offering direct flights from all over Europe.
Flights may be purchased in any travel agency or via the airline's
website or hotline. Of course, we fully support our (especially
international) customers in locating suitable
flights.
Rental Cars:
Rental cars may be
booked in any travel agency or via the rental car company's website
or hotline. Of course, we fully support our (especially
international) customers in locating suitable rental
cars.
Miscellaneous:
For hygienic reasons, we do not allow pets at our
resort.
